Shankara Andy Bole is a UK-based transcendental multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger known for his ambient, meditative soundscapes. His music draws from diverse genres, including folk and fusion, with a strong focus on Indian ragas and Arabic scales.
He is respected for his instrumental inventiveness and extensive use of looping and electronic devices.

Shankara Andy Bole is a multi-instrumentalist and composer with a highly respected international reputation and has worked with Daevid Allen, Gong, Damo Suzuki, Cary Grace, Dave Stewart, Acid Mothers Temple, Fairport Convention and The Electric Light Orchestra. He has to date produced over 20 solo albums and has appeared at various frstivals including, Kozfest, Green Gathering, Tannerfest, Glastonbury and Deeply Vale.
His solo Buzuk album Rainbow Crow features 7 spontaneous Buzuk/Looper compostions recorded at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios.
