What is Silentium: A collaborative performance and sound project by Craig Shankster and Shankara Andy Bole.
They produce "sound constellations" that create a rich, vast, and immersive listening experience through sonic interplay and cones of coloured light.
The project blends electronic and acoustic sounds to create expansive, soothing, and sometimes dark soundscapes for introspection and exploration.
Silentium have performed throughout the UK, including a notable concert at The Tabernacle in Machynlleth, Wales, in March 2025.
